PREPARATION FOR REPAIR
Prepare your glass for shipment or drop off by completely cleaning it of any residue. This includes any substances (glue, resin, tape, etc.) that have been used as a temporary fix. This is for shipping and repair purposes, so clean until it is what you would consider spotless.

Shipping Repair
If you're going to ship your piece, package with packing peanuts, bubble wrap, newspaper, or anything to protect the glass from further damaging. Make sure the glass is properly secured in the box with no empty space. If possible, find a sturdy box to place within another box with peanuts. This will help provide optimal safety during shipping.
There’s a $5 - $20 standard shipping and handling fee, this fee is calculated by the size of the shipment and where it is being shipped to. A standard in the USA return delivery. This includes shipping and insurance on the package. Repair quotes will have a shipping estimate included in the final cost. Please include your shipping information and payment inside the box.

TERMS OF BATCH OF GLASS REPAIR
Glass must be completely clean; do not send dirty items or they will be discarded or subject to additional fees!
Not all glass will survive the fixing process.
--- This is more common with multiple sections that are thick and or uneven, large marbles, fully worked pieces, and import glass. –
Batch of Glass’ success rate is around 95%, but all glass has a chance of cracking during the fixing or reheating process. We will do our best to fix or salvage these pieces if possible, and will contact you in this situation to discuss further repair options if available.
***If joint repair, the joint size should be specified inside the package included with the repair or we’ll do our best to replace the original joint size. ***
--- If your piece doesn't survive the repair process you will be refunded your return shipping plus a full refund. In no way is Batch of Glass liable for any glass that is broken during the fixing process.
--- If applicable, Parts & Labor deposits are a nonrefundable charge from Batch of Glass
--- Broken glass will be discarded of unless otherwise noted by customer.
--- Although some pieces may come out looking close to new, some pieces will have some scarring or repair markings when finished i.e.( clear lines, devitrification, bubbles, etc). We will do our best to make it look as clean as possible.
----Timing & Shipping-----
Repairs will typically take about 3 - 4 weeks. This may vary depending on location, difficulty of repair, or the number of repairs we are currently handling. We cannot 100% guarantee return times, but we always do our best to be speedy. Custom Repairs (ex: adding color or alteration of piece from original design) will take additional time
